  I was happy to see an empty parking lot when I pulled up, expecting to receive reasonable service at this brand new store but that was simply not the case. I am a Verizon customer and was interested in switching to AT&T due to some enticing deals I've been reading about. Anyway, I walked into the store today ready to buy two new phones and sign a contract. I was NOT greeted by the two employees (one male, one female) who were chatting it up next to the entrance. They merely looked up at me an carried on..I gave them a second chance as I looked at my new prospective phone for a few minutes. After still not being approached or acknowledged, I turned around and faced the two employees who were still deep into their trivial conversation. After starring at them for a good two or three seconds, I walked out the door. Today this store lost my business and I have a feeling I'm not the only one. I live locally and would undoubtedly have been back for future business and spread the word of my good experience. Instead, I will encourage others to go to another store.

  This is the second time I have gone into this location and have not had any of my issues resolved. The manager both times “helped” me, but told me that there was nothing she could do and that I need to call AT&T to have them fix it. What’s the point of a store if they’re going to tell me to call AT&T myself? Very concerning.
